Requests for new service at an existing address can be submitted online no less than 3 business days* prior to the service start date. If you require service in less than 3 business days, please contact the Customer Service Call Center at (555) 555-5555. You will be contacted during business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) at the phone number you provide to verify your request.

*If the 3 days prior to your requested start date includes holiday(s), the date will be scheduled for the next available business day.

Verification by a Customer Service team member is required prior to actual scheduling and start of service.
